Year 12 and 13 Health & Social Care BTEC Students Take Part in a Birmingham Exam Booster Session
Miss Gratton recently took some of our Year 12 and Year 13 students to Birmingham for an intensive exam booster session to help them prepare for their upcoming Health and Social Care BTEC exams in January.
Although the journey was long, the students made the most of their time in Birmingham, spending the day engaged in interactive revision. The focus was on key topics from Units 1 and 2, with students participating in activities, answering questions, and even winning prizes for their efforts.
The session was designed to strengthen their understanding of important terminology and improve their ability to answer longer exam questions. By the end of the day, the students had gained more confidence in both the content and the exam techniques they will need for their upcoming exams. The sessions were both fun and informative, helping the students feel well-prepared for January.
Miss Gratton was thrilled with the students’ engagement and said, "It was an absolute pleasure to take them. I’m looking forward to seeing excellent results in January! I’m proud of how hard they worked. Good luck to you all!”
