Students Come Together for 'Children in Need': A Day of Compassion and Community
Today marked a remarkable day as students from all years joined forces to support a cause close to our hearts – ‘Children in Need’. The school was buzzing with excitement as the community united to raise funds for this important charity.
A big thank you to our House leaders and captains, whose leadership was key in organising a variety of activities that made the day a success.
One highlight was the ‘cuppa and cake’ event, where students could donate £1 to receive a hot chocolate, a cake, and a raffle ticket. Many students enjoyed this during their first break, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere that showcased the school’s commitment to charity.
We are proud to reveal that our efforts across campus resulted in a fundraising total of £235! This achievement is a testament to the generosity and commitment of our school community, and we extend our gratitude to everyone who participated, donated, and supported this noble cause.
