The day involved the importance of budgeting while at university, with the students having to look at their own finances and create their own budget.

They also heard about student life and the different student bank accounts available. The most important session was helping students create their student finance account and to begin what can be a very daunting task.

Thank you to Next Steps Southwest for an engaging and informative session. The students learned a great deal from the workshop and now feel less worried and more confident about managing finances when they go to university.
